Monday evening

Vinyasa Yoga :

This Vinyasa class allows you to discover or strengthen your yoga practice while complementing other sports, including climbing. It emphasizes fluidity, body awareness, and injury prevention by incorporating targeted exercises adapted to the demands of climbing.

Specific work on shoulder, hip, and knee mobility optimizes joint range of motion and protects the most stressed areas. Balance and proprioception are developed to refine the body’s spatial awareness and improve precision in support. Finally, meditation and breathing exercises promote grounding and concentration, essential for moving confidently on the wall.

This class is suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, whether climbers or not, with adjustments allowing each person to progress at their own pace.

Yogis Masters

Passionate teachers who will help you take care of your body and make it a truly harmonious temple.

Agathe Emprin

I discovered yoga in Taiwan in 2015, then deepened my practice in small studios in Singapore before training as a teacher in Indonesia. Today, I guide my students through dynamic flows that rely on fluid movement and breathing, with a functional approach to yoga.

Optimistic, a bon vivant, and passionate about nature, I see yoga as a true ally for progressing in other disciplinesโ€”in addition to all its benefits for the body and mind. In my classes, egos are kept at bay: we experiment, we help each other, and we smile, without taking ourselves too seriously, in a caring and inclusive space.
