Our values

[u-2]Climbers'[/u-2] Charter

By coming to climb in our gyms, you agree to respect our code of kindness and respect so that everyone feels welcome.

1

Please take off your headphones or earbuds when you walk through the door. It’s more polite for the person greeting you, and it’s safer for both your workout and everyone else’s.

2

Remember to smile and be kind to our staff; they are doing everything they can to help you get your shoes on and start your session as quickly as possible.

3

When you step onto the mat, it’s time to commit and give your best effort on the boulders. But avoid zoning out in front of a climb while you figure out your beta, because there might be people waiting right behind you. Either you climb, or you step off the mat. That’s the golden rule.

4

If you see someone struggling on a boulder problem, don't offer your beta without first asking if they’d like some help. Some people prefer to figure out the moves entirely on their own. Consent matters in climbing, too!

5

Powdered chalk is a thing of the past—it’s liquid chalk only from now on. Liquid chalk can damage the walls if used incorrectly, so it’s essential to let it dry 100% before you start climbing. Otherwise, the residue will clog the holds, and good luck with your project.

6

For a long time, wearing a T-shirt wasn't mandatory, but now it is. It’s more comfortable for everyone and avoids any awkward situations. We’re counting on you to show up in your best top!

7

When you've finished your drink with friends, please feel free to bring your glassware back to the bar. It’s always appreciated, especially during busy times.

8

Double-check that you haven't left anything behind; the locker room isn't your bedroom, you know.
