With a seasonal menu that changes throughout the year, here at Bon matin quality is our priority.
🌿 Organic
We prioritize products from organic farming thanks to committed partners such as Vajra (oils, seeds, etc.), La Ferme des Peupliers (fruits, vegetables), Nao (Belgian chocolate), and Boulengier.
🥕 Veggie & seasonal
Everything here is vegetarian, with vegan options available. Our recipes change with the seasons to make the most of the best produce, like Belgian cucumbers in summer or pumpkin in winter.
👣 Fresh & local
We use fresh products almost exclusively (no frozen or processed items), prioritizing Belgian and local producers whenever the season allows.
👐 Homemade
Granola, pastries, rolls, dressings… much of our menu is prepared on-site, with love, every single day.

With a large, quiet space upstairs, you are more than welcome to come and work remotely, provided you order something to drink or eat. If tables are needed for lunch, staff may ask you to free up your table for those dining.
